Extremely Unprofessional – Unjustly Holding My Money I recently paid this company $8,000 AUD for study-related services. However, due to a change in circumstances, I requested a refund before any process had even started. After persistent calls, messages, and emails, I managed to recover $5,000, but they are unjustly holding onto $3,000 with no valid explanation. They refused to discuss the matter on a call and are now completely ignoring my messages and emails. This kind of unprofessional and unethical behavior is unacceptable. I have all the proof and am willing to share it if needed. I strongly urge others to be cautious before dealing with them. Please refund my remaining $3,000, as you have no right to keep it!
