Huge shout out to Ernie Hu and his team who are the only reason I got my permanent residency in Australia a week short of living here for 10 years. After an attempt at completing my visa application by myself which got refused, a complicated backstory and long waiting times from immigration I got granted my residency in November 2024. Ernie and his team made the whole process smooth and took huge amounts of stress off of me and completed the paperwork I would never have been capable of completing to the levels they did which led to my residency being granted. I am eternally grateful to TIA and Ernie. Thank you!
I contacted This is Australia a the beginning of 2024 and the process from that moment was smooth and seamless. I was appointed Stuart Eley as my migration agent who was nothing short of amazing to work with. My situation was a little complex and his professionalism, knowledge, professional judgement and support kept me calm throughout the process. I had spoken to other agencies prior to contacting TIA and not one of them gave me the help and advice that Stuart gave me about my circumstances, it is clear that he holds extensive knowledge in his field and you can tell he is passionate about what he does. Applying for a student visa is quiet stressful but This is Australia Migration Agency, assisted us in every step. Everything was explained clearly and questions and clarifications were answered truthfully and with utmost transparency. The staff that I dealt with my nephew's application were very knowledgeable and expert on their assigned field. Jelyn, Joann and Joy has rendered their expertise during the different levels of the application. They laid out all possibilities, no promises, as the result will always rest at the hand of the visa officer. But 100% service rendered with constant communication, advice and update. We had a positive outcome for the application. We are very thankful for the company's assistance and especially the people directly involved. The price is reasonable, payment was only collected when needed, no unnecessary advance payment. Definitely legit and I cannot recommend them enough. More power to the team and the company!
