I had a consultation with Karl today and was really happy with my experience. I was a bit nervous about paying a higher consult fee for a 30 minute session, however it was so worth it. It saved me hours of research and stress- Karl was so helpful with explaining EVERYTHING I had questions about in 30 minutes. I have such a clearer idea of what my options are now. I would highly recommend Karl and will definitely be going back to him if I need guidance during my Visa application process.
I do not recommend this place. I had an 8-minute consultation and paid for 30 minutes. I didn't have the option to pay for a 15-minute consultation because they don't offer it. Then the person there rushes you to finish and says, "Is that all, right?" Literally, after 3 minutes, they wanted to end the consultation I had paid for. Zero empathy. I feel like the agent I had wasn't even trained. $300 for 8 minutes. It's outrageous. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!
