I wish I was able to award double the amount of stars to Chris and his team at Tri-Nations, thanks to their help and guidance we were able to obtain our New Zealand residency. The process went really smoothly, to the extent where it still feels a bit unreal looking back at it. I guess one can just put that down to one extremely competent team at the helm. You will truly be in good hands trusting the Tri-Nations team with assisting you in your journey re-settling in either country "down under". They were extremely patient and always happy to answer any and every question we sent their way, every step of our journey closely aligned with how they laid it out for us. If we had to turn back time and were presented with doing it ourselves or using Tri-Nations again, I would without skipping a beat go the route of using Tri-Nations again every-time.
Our Journey started in 2017 when we first met with Tri-Nations Migration. Chris had a lot on insight into New Zealand and the processes that needed to be followed in order for us to get our residency. It has definitely been a long process due to the pandemic however, Chris and his team were there every step of the way. They kept us up to date with all the changes withing INZ, what it would mean for our family and answered any questions we had. It was definitely a pleasure working with Tri-Nations Migration and I can not recommend them enough. They are professional, caring and understand the stress that comes with it all. They made the process a lot easier and we can not thank them enough for what they have done to assist us in securing our New Zealand residency.
In 2018 we embarked on our immigration journey naive, scared and excited for change. Our children's futures were in our hands and we had to make a better change. Tri-Nations stood by us during every step of the way and ensured that we obtained our 2 work visas in 2019 and 2021; and then the ever awaited for residency visa in January 2022. We are truly grateful for making the choice to follow the professional and highly experienced advice from Chris and his team at Tri-Nations Migration. Just knowing that we were in the hands of a true legend and professional advisor made it much easier, especially during all the Covid lockdowns and uncertainties the world is facing! If there were more boxes of "reasons for 5 stars" to tick, I would tick it. Tri-Nations Migration have been the best service I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. They accepted my application with open arms despite the challenges faced with ever changing government and Covid Regulations. They were calm, collected and acted with urgency as they navigated all changes on our behalf. Today I can proudly call myself a Resident of New Zewland and live in calm with my kiwi partner. Excellent communication, experienced advice, understanding/caring nature and truthful to their word. Multiple agencies tried to capitalize or denied my application, but not Tri-Nations. I look forward to using their services again for my PR and can honestly say that I will miss their check ups and feedback over the next two years. Until we meet again. A very big thank you to Chris and his team at Tri-Nations Migration. It has been a very long and difficult road in a new country during the outbreak of a pandemic, and not being able to secure a job offer as planned for more than a year, but through it all, Chris was very supportive and guided us all the way from visa extensions, S61 approvals and our work visas were granted. I honestly feel every family signing up with Tri-Nations Migrations are important to them, and they will fight for you until a positive result is reached. Our journey with Chris and his team at Tri-Nations Migration started back in 2017 after we came back from a 3 week holiday to NZ. After meeting with Chris, we had peace of mind that Tri-Nations Migration is the team that we want to work with during our immigration process. Although it took us 2 years to get to NZ, Chris and his team where always responsive to our emails, even if we didn't stay in contact the whole time. Once we arrived in NZ, Chris and his team kept us up to date with any chances within Immigration New Zealand, especially during the past year and a half. Given that the immigration process is so long, it was really important to my family and I to select an immigration adviser who was both experienced and personable - it can be a confusing and tiresome journey from immigration to residence and I can say with absolute confidence that working with Chris and his team was the best decision we could have made.
