Aug. 2021 We first got in contact with Sarah in January, she applied for us in June, and we got our 820 only a month and a half later! Sarah was here to help us, guide us and explain everything we asked, she was pretty responsive and reactive, and very helpful. She made this stressful process smooth and fast, what more can you ask? We are very happy to have had True Blue's help and will very likely apply for our 801 with them too! EDIT November 2023 We finally got our 801 approved! True Blue Migration is highly recommended!! Their communication and how they dealt with Visa’s processing. havent engaged a different agency so dont have a comparison. thats the caveat. anyway: got recommended from "That Johnstone Life" youtube channel, Anka Sahin was my agent. it's not cheap, obviously, but that cost kinda forces you to commit with your decision, so think long and hard before you make your decision. Anka was very good for me. He was very patient with me, especially when I have a lot of questions, or when i was anxious with how long the process is. Very professional guy. All contacts were via email. Maybe a video call at first contact would be nice to establish some human connection. but obviously there's time zone difference so that might not be viable Doesn't update regularly when there is downtime. Yea i get it because i'm sure he has other cases to work on that actually things to do, but still, would've loved to get regular updates (like weekly, monthly or even quarterly), even when there's nothing to update, just to get some reassurance that someone is making sure that things are moving forward
I have been talking to True Blue Migration since October 2019, Maryanne initially gave us some solid, incredible information (with no charge) very professional and honest! We then lodged in March 2020 the partner visa and used them of course to manage the entire thing. Sarah and Mia were both amazing from lodgement to approval in July 2023! Yes you still need to find all the information, keep sending updates but the peace of mind you have knowing that they put it in the right places, organise and submit when it is only entirely correct - there isn’t a price you can pay for that. Partner visa are expensive and so are immigration agents there is no doubt but we personally couldn’t recommend them enough for their time and effort and to be honest continuous replies to my follow ups and silly questions! They’re a great business with even better people!

Hello I’m from Cambodia and I’ve been living in Australia for 3.5 years. Through out this period True Blue Migration has helped me a lot for applying multiple visa and two weeks ago I have received my permanent residency which was shocked me as well as my family here. Nothing short of amazing from the staff at True Blue Migration!
