An Awesome Company with and Awesome team that gets Awesome results!!!! We engaged True Blue Migration a few years ago to start the process for my Husband (then partner) to Migrate to Australia. We were both living in Malaysia at the time for varying reasons, my Husband is originally from West Africa and myself and Aussie! We had no clue how or where to start and with the free assessment and no visa no pay option, we jumped at the opportunity for some advice. We have not regretted a moment or that decision. The visa was a three stage process which although it takes time, True Blue where there the entire time. Maryanne answered every question I had (and there were MANY) and was always prompt and patient in her responses, no matter how dumb my questions were. We would not have survived the minefield that is vosa and migration without the help and support of the entire team at True Blue! I can happily advise my husband has just last week received his Permanent Residency (YAY)...and only someone who has been through or contemplating this would understand the relief this has given us. I had the best experience one could ask for with True Blue. Maryanne was the one who helped me and made the entire process such a breeze. She always responded within a 24 hour period (often sooner), was willing to jump on calls with me, and was very organized and diligent with her request from me. As a result, my application was actually accepted within 2 days of submitting, which to some extent must be a reflection Maryanne having everything so buttoned up. It has been a very pleasant experience dealing with the whole team of True blue migration. I have used true blue services for my 457, spouse and permanent residency visas - they are nothing short of amazing. I have dealt with Joy, Ian, Alex and Anka and they are all fantastic. I reached out to True Blue mid last year after reading alot of good reviews about their service. I was referred to Ruth Murphy. I had a lot of questions and lot of document to provide so at first I thought wow this is hard work, trying to get documents from back home etc but it all worked out! Ruth has been excellent all throughout and I am grateful for all Ruth and team have done to get our TSS 482 visa approved. I reached out True Blue when i had no clue what to do next in regards to my visa and what would best suit me.. My case was handled by Maryanne. I would say she made this process so simple and easy for me from giving me options on multiple visas to getting me to 407 sponsorship within two months she helped me and managed my application so well.. i got everything completed within two months including arrangement of documents to lodging application and then getting grant. She always explained every single step in detail and the reasons.. I’ve been to few consultants before and trust me no one have time to make you understand why you need to complete certain steps but she explained the complexity of everything and made this process really easy for me.. i would recommend them to everyone who really don’t know what should they do next. It was our first venture into 408 Visa sponsorship for one of our fantastic coaches, to enable them to continue working with us at Twisters Gymnastics for another two years. Directions for our business and for our coach, with checklists for the information we need to provide, and when, were very clear throughout. Ruth was outstanding and even stuck around at the office for a few hours, one night (waiting for our scanned docs), to ensure that our application/s would be submitted and not miss a critical deadline. The whole process cost a few bucks, but for the efficiency, clarity and zero stress, it was worth every dollar. Brilliant service. Thanks True Blue.
