True Blue Migration are awesome and very knowledgeable, they make each step very easy and straight forward, and they are on the ball with any of the changes that are happening before, during or after your visa process. They said my visa would take 8-10 months to be approved and it took exactly that. I used Anka who was very thorough with all my documents, and their always available to message/email at any time if you have any questions too. I like their "no visa no fee" policy, as I feel it almost guarantees they will do their utmost to make sure your visa gets approved. After my visa was approved my partner and I spoke to Maryanne about our possibilities to apply for defacto. Again she was super friendly, very knowledgeable and also assessed us first with many questions to see if we were eligible first. Over all great compay to use for any visa application!
Communication was exceptionally poor, low fees but that comes hand in hand with the level of service you recievw. Not enough care taken with you as the client, if you miss something out whilst going through the processing of a visa through them, do not expect them to make note of it for you or give you much in the way of worthwhile advice. Would not recommend, go through a migration lawer, they may cost a little more but you won't have wasted time and money on something that is fairly simple and straightforward
I was supported by Anka Sahin to apply for 489 visa . Using Anka Sahin services is the best decision I have ever made. Anka services and advice throughout the process were always professional. Each and every one of our inquiries were responded in time, from the skill assessment to the lodgment of our visa, During the skills assessment Anka gave me resources to help me study for the IELTS academic exam . I will recommend all teachers to work with him because as a senior agent he will make the process look easy. She was super helpful to me at all times, always answered my questions, even the silly ones , and was always really supportive whenever I needed advice on the process. We coordinated with Anka Sahin & Joy for lodge our skill assessment & TSS visa. Our case was complicated & after going agent to agent paying hundreds of dollar for useless counselling, we finally found True blue migration which turned out to be a blessing to us. We worked with Mia and Maryanne when we were in the process of applying for the partner visa and would always recommend them for anyone going through the process. We initially chose them as the company was very professional and easy to deal with from the start. This great level of communication continued throughout the process. In this world where there is lots of misleading information online, we were grateful to work with someone who was clear in their knowledge of the couples Australian Visa system. Whilst they weren't the cheapest, we felt they were very reasonably priced, given the support and advice they gave us over the period. Very glad we went with them.
