Searched online for a suitable agency and found several. Went with my instincts and contacted True blue as they had many good reviews which were up to date. Joy got back to me immediately, in detail of the type of visa that would work for me after having reviewed by credentials. Joy handed over my case over to Anka who was my agent. Anka has made the entire process seem so easy and smooth within a short period of time. Very professional, prompt, responding any time of the day and very efficient. Thank you so much, Anka. Together with my hubby, we write this review with great pleasure and appreciation. Joy and Sarah were our main point of contact during the guidance of our application. To describe them with any compliment would be a understatement, in particular to Sarah, who helped us every step of the way and was truly amazing to us. She spent an insane amount of time helping us. Even at 3am in the morning and even on weekends, she was there to look after us and answer all of our questions. When things seem impossible at times during our visa application preparation, Sarah came clearing our doubts and eased us through troubled times, and we truly can’t thank her enough. Right from the very beginning I had complete confidence in getting my visa because of True Blue. With their “No visa, no fee” policy, and moreover their 99% success rate assured me time and time again that I was in really good hands. After only 8 months, I got my PMV granted to me already! I am so happy and speechless, incredibly thankful to the team and I’d be honoured to continue receiving support again for the next visa from True Blue Migration!
I've been working with Maryanne Gruar for just over one year and it's been amazing. I've had her process my 457 Visa and most recently received our 186 (Permanent Residence). All throughout the processes Maryanne's simplified the needs so my wife and spend as little time as possible to get the best results. Maryanne also worked with me on a weekend when I was having passport/visa issues returning back to Australia from China, taking personal time to help. It's been an outstanding experience and I would highly recommend her.
My partner and I applied for our visa through true blue migration. We were really satisfied with the service and support we received. Our experience with True Blue was amazing - we had to apply twice for our visas over a 10 year period - our first 5 year skilled visa expired as we sat on it for 2-3 years then could not sell our house. The second time we applied I was over 40 and needed more points plus it was harder to get into Australia for my skilled profession (Accountant). True Blue assessed all the options and made the right informed choices and we moved to Australia in January 2016 and never looked back - just wish we had moved sooner from the UK !
Our experience with True Blue Migration has been great from start to finish. We had the peace of mind of having expert advice and guidance throughout the, often complicated and stressful, process of applying for visas and honesty believe that it's the best money we have ever spent! Maryanne was very professional and kept us informed each step of the way which made the whole process easy and as stress free as possible. The "no visa no fee" pledge also gave us peace of mind that having been taken on as clients we had a reasonably good chance of successfully obtaining a visa!
I obtained my permanent residency with True Blue Migration. Anka was the agent on my case and he provided a very professional and efficient service. Any questions or issues I had were always replied to quickly. Any trouble I had with documents, forms etc. were always simplified and made easy through constant communication and good guidance. The whole process took around 10 months from when I first contacted True Blue, but the visa application itself only took 4 and half months from when it was lodged. Although it's more expensive to obtain residency through any migration company, it's definitely worth it with True Blue Migration as they have a genuine interest in their clients and do everything in their power to make the process go as quickly and as smoothly as possible. They have a brilliant success rate and from my own experience I would highly recommend them. Thanks again.
Such helpful, informative agents who never talked down to me, and always responded quickly! Although I started off with a different agent, the handover to Maryanne was really smooth, and the level of care remained that '5+++++' high. I called a few other agencies before this, and many of them seemed like they simply could not be bothered to listen to, or talk to me, almost as if they thought I was beneath them. True Blue is the polar opposite. Incredibly fast, warm, and professional. Over the course of my visa application, Maryanne was incredibly fast in her responses, pro-active, and always explained everything clearly. All while being warm, and professional. In fact, I was so impressed with True Blue that they're now handling my partner sponsorship visa as well! *P.S. Thanks to True Blue, my Australian citizenship ceremony will be / was held on 25 October 2017. :D
