I had seen a couple of migration agent but decided to go with ultimate after a consultation session with Deepok and he was also referred to me by a friend. The application process for visa extension was assisted by Shine and she has been very helpful and prompt. I had a bit of issue with timing as I thought the agents would reach out but it’s the client’s responsibility to check on the preparation time and ensure all documents are good to go. However, although lack of preparation time, Shine has been amazing and helpful throughout the visa application. I would recommend this agent to other people too.
