I have been working with Amber over the past year on my 190 NSW skilled visa. Back in September 2022, I approached Amber with a list of questions - before charging me or me even agreeing to go with her, she provided a very thorough explanation of how things would work. I found this really useful and decided to go with her. Amber helped along the stages of the journey - throughout my skills assessment, EOI, visa lodgement etc. I have to say though I think I was very on top of things when it came to my skills assessment and filling in my evidence document - so did a lot of the leg work myself there, but I'm sure if required Amber would throughly help others if required. Unfortunately there was a mishap with my EOI and we claimed too many points, it was a difficult situation during the time but Amber reassured me I would get another invite which we did. Her knowledge of the immigration law in Australia is super sound. She is responsive, empathetic and caring in her approach as well - I felt personally looked after and referred her onto many friends and colleagues. Thanks Amber and team, I'm finally free and an Australian resident!
Amber is a true professional. Shes made the entire process of my partner visa stress free and easy. She was very organised, prompt in responding, and explained things very well. She also went above and beyond durning covid times, applying three times for a travel ban exemption to get me to Australia all without an additional charge. Her colleague Erin is amazing as well. I’ve recommended friends to Amber and all of them have had equally wonderful experiences. Visas are stressful but with Ambers services you can rest easy knowing you’re in good hands.
