I had an experience that, while cordial, was unclear regarding the immigration information I needed. In my first consultation, I specifically asked about my options for obtaining residency through skills-based visas, such as the 190 visa. However, the information I received was limited and, in some respects, incorrect, as I was told that the 190 visa was only for regional visas and that my only possible route was through an employment sponsor. I requested a second appointment hoping to clarify my doubts, but again, I didn't receive important details about how the points system works, my chances based on my occupation, or options in other states outside of Melbourne. After consulting with another immigration agency, I realized that much essential information had been left out. The advice lacked depth and precision. For this reason, my experience was not entirely satisfactory. While I appreciate the effort, I would recommend reviewing the quality of guidance for future clients.
We came across Uvision by chance while searching online, and it was one of the best decisions we could have made.
