Vivian is very responsive and detail oriented. She endeavors to make sure everything can be as perfect as possible. She helped me to apply for my 189 visa and eventually the visa was directly granted within 3 months, without any co contact. My case was a bit special as I’ve already submitted another visa application prior to my 189 visa. However Vivian has smoothly managed to cancel the previous application and transition to the new one. Without her experience in working with DHA and her assurance when policies kept changing, I wasn’t able to get my 189 visa so promptly.
