The biggest disappointment of my life… I came across them through the recommendation of three friends, but I suppose every story is different. I consulted Valiant Migration, and after receiving a quote for sponsorship, I spoke with the company, and they agreed to do the process with Valiant. From the outset, Valeria had told me that the application had to be with a profile completely different from my professional profile, the one I have validated for my skills assessment in Australia (Chemical Engineer). I didn't agree, but I went ahead with their recommendations, and the company did too. From the day the company sent the first package of documents to Valiant to start the process, 30 days passed, and Valiant NEVER contacted them, not even to discuss the documents that needed to be reviewed. On the contrary, all they did during that time was schedule calls from private numbers to ask me questions and request documents that should have been provided by the company directly, not by me. Communicating with them was extremely difficult. The assistant, Marilyn, only responded to emails to say that more calls needed to be scheduled. I was never able to speak to her by phone, and with the lawyer, Valeria, it was even worse. They left me waiting on hold several times, and to top it all off, they scheduled calls for Friday nights or Saturdays. It was incredibly frustrating. So much so, that when the company realized we were running out of time and Valiant wasn't even answering their calls, they decided to terminate their services and find another provider to expedite the process. With the new lawyers, the complete opposite of what happened with Valiant occurred. Everything Valiant Migration said was a problem with my application was absolutely perfect with the other provider, and the application was a complete success. My professional profile, as a Chemical Engineer, which Valiant claimed wasn't suitable for that sponsorship, was also a perfect fit. My visa was approved successfully and without any issues whatsoever. I will never recommend them because they almost caused me to lose the sponsorship opportunity, in addition to their disappointing customer service. I appreciate Valeria's kindness in conversation and the receptionist's kindness in answering the calls.

1/2 star. I came to them on someone else's recommendation and IT WAS A COMPLETE DISAPPOINTMENT. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE WHO APPLIES WITH THEM. ZERO EMPATHY. ZERO ADVICE (I don't think they have any idea what that means). After 6 years in Australia and several visa processes, I can say that this was THE WORST AGENCY EVER! When you're looking for guidance, you're supposed to rely on and trust your agent because they're the ones trained to handle the processes; THAT'S WHAT THEY'RE PAID FOR. However, the lawyer here doesn't show any support or commitment to her client. On the contrary, she's always threatening to report you to the government if you don't do something on time. How is that possible for a LAWYER who's being paid to GUIDE YOU? When I had the online consultation with her, on top of arriving 15 minutes late—I don't know if she was in a bad mood or if she's always like that, acting pedantically—she assumes you know the whole process and only needs to ask specific questions to give vaguely clear, or rather, practically monosyllabic answers. Absolutely NO EMPATHY OR GUIDANCE. She doesn't give you strategies or plans to solve your problems or achieve your goals and simply repeats the rules over and over again, exactly as they are written, like a robot, for which she could easily use AI. The worst experience of my entire life seeking advice on various matters, not just visas. I learned about several strategies and required documentation thanks to another immigration lawyer, so if you're going to hire VALIANT, you're just wasting your money because you probably won't get all the necessary information. No matter what response she gives to this or other comments, excusing herself by saying everything is recorded, the bad experience, the wasted time, and the badly spent money can't be returned. ----------------------------------- 1/2 star. I'm giving it half a star because at least they entered the data correctly into the system and we finally got our visas. We started talking to this company about three years ago. It was a recommendation from a very dear agency. But honestly, I'm extremely disappointed. The information Valeria provided wasn't clear or detailed enough, and this made us lose a year of the process. And you know what a year means for us foreigners: money, health insurance, rent, food, more money, stress, and the fear that everything won't go as planned. The issue was this... when you study at TAFE, you have to enroll in the Job Ready Program in your last semester, even before finishing your degree, because the JRP takes a long time (she mentioned it was slow, but never told us). You have to enroll in the JRP as soon as you receive your second-to-last certificate. We only found out when we consulted with ANOTHER lawyer... after almost a year of everything I'm telling you about above... THE FIRST THING I ASKED MYSELF, "Do you have the Job Ready Program ready?" And we, with only a year of experience, were ready but not registered! We almost died at that moment. Fortunately, we still had time left on our 485 visa and managed to finish the process before it expired. (The JRP process took us more than a year). When all this happened, I thought about reporting this company, but honestly, I let things take their course. But now, after everything that happened, I receive an email from them sending me promotions and saying that our visa is ready. It was going to expire, etc. I MEAN, THEY DIDN'T CARE AT ALL ABOUT EVERYTHING THEY PUT US THROUGH... our feelings, our frustration, the stress we experienced—THEY DIDN'T CARE AT ALL! Of all the thousands they pocket off each of us, there should be some compensation for this dissatisfaction! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LAWYER!!!! Under no circumstances! And finally, if you're going to go through with her, ask everything, make sure you know everything, don't just assume she'll give you all the information.
Unfortunately, my experience with Valiant has been terrible. I was swayed by the good reviews on Google, and they completely failed to meet my expectations. They are very disorganized: the agent handling my case left the company, my case was lost, and they didn't even realize it (after I had paid and the processing period for my expression of interest had passed, I inquired about the status of my case, and that's when they realized they hadn't reassigned me a case manager). They misplaced my file and lost the data and documents I had sent them, and when I spoke with my new case manager, he was completely unaware of my profile (I had to explain everything again, which was embarrassing). I've sent emails and WhatsApp messages on several occasions, and they haven't responded; I've had to keep following up to get a reply. They've canceled calls and meetings at the last minute or haven't even notified me of the cancellation, leaving me waiting for the call. Just before submitting my expression of interest, my agent asked me which visa I wanted to apply for, even though all of that was supposed to have already been discussed between him and Valeria. Etc. In general, there was a huge lack of communication with me and internally, and a lack of interest in the case. I was the one who had to "chase" them to get their attention or answers. They boast about being organized, present, diligent, etc., but they haven't been with me. It's one of the most expensive agencies on the market, and their service hasn't lived up to the price in the slightest. You hire an agency to guide you, support you, and act on your behalf, not to have to chase them around. To this day, I sent an email a month ago and still haven't received a response. It's regrettable. And I'm not the type of person who posts these kinds of comments, but this time it's warranted.
The service they provide is exceptional. I had many doubts when starting the immigration process, and they were always there to help. Valeria, Enya, Marilyn, Carlos, and the entire team behind each process provide incredible dedication from the first interview until the moment I receive the "granted" result. They are always ready to provide excellent service. I've been working with them for over three years now, from when I arrived in Australia until they processed my permanent residency.
