Firstly, can I just say that from the onset, Kelvin made us feel completely at ease from the moment we sat down with him to talk about our situation. He was upfront about all the costs, his experience, and made us pretty excited to get the ball rolling. The whole process is anxiety provoking whether you're the sponsor or the visa applicant and he just quelled every worry we had with hard facts and compassion. No matter how many silly questions we probably asked, he always had an answer. The paperwork was gruelling and at times confusing, but he was always able to dispell any anxiety we had as soon as he was able to get back to us. We had the visa granted with no issues, no fuss, and honestly couldn't have had a more agreeable experience. Thank you so much Kelvin!
Kelvin was AMAZING!! From day one, he came to our house and explained the whole process for the partner visa to us. He told us what we needed and made the whole process extremely easy and stress-free. He always kept us informed and we were always one step ahead of what we needed to do. None of our documents were ever out of date as he always answered our million and one questions (even if we had already asked him the same question before). His fee is very inexpensive for the service he provides and we would definitely recommend him. Our visa was approved way before the time that we expected.
I wanted to take a minute and share my experience of having Kel assist me with my immigration process. I hate paperwork, especially government paperwork.
