Henry is an incredibly knowledgeable and very helpful immigration lawyer. He was originally recommended to me by friend whom he also helped. I initially came to see Henry to get help with transitioning from a Student to Temporary Graduate visa, and since then has also received his advice regarding several other visa options. Every time I have come to see him Henry has been very efficient in answering all my questions based on his years of experience. If there is a technicality that he is not sure of (as the law changes so often) he checked it right on the spot to provide me with a speedy answer. On a number of occasions when I was worried about leaving the country to travel and returning on my visa he offered to be available via phone in case I run into any issues. Thank you Henry for all your help over the years, it’s been absolutely invaluable in helping me navigate the complicated path of Australian migration.

Before I met Henry, my life is a whole struggle since my visa got refuse. All I know is just wait for tribunal decision. I cant apply to school to get degrees. I would definitely recommend Victoria Migration Service Centre to anyone who is having difficulties with their visa. When I emailed Henry Qian (Principle Migration Agent & Director), he responded straight away and we had an appointment set up the same afternoon. Henry was friendly, professional, and sympathetic to my situation. He was also open to further contact after our appointment and answer any questions that I had. The office was a little bit hard to find, but Henry is willing to meet you downstairs or close by if you're having trouble locating it. All in all - a very satisfied customer.

Professional, friendly, prompt and understanding. Henry Qian has successfully facilitated both E457 and permanent residency applications on my behalf. My applications have been complicated due to misunderstanding the character requirements and failing to declare, DIAC had threatened to cancel my right to live and work in Australia. Throughout the entire process Henry has thoroughly explained the procedures, liaised with my employer, family & DIAC - ultimately achieving a successful outcome.
