Vinh quang duong is the worst lawyer I ever seen. The appointment with him was awful, I asked some detailed questions about my situation, and he got really angry, he discriminated me about my situation. He was very disrespectful at me, and he refuses to do research. Such disrespectful attitude, refuse to do research, and did not give any specific useful advice. I paid $110 for one hour discrimination and Personal attacks. I didn't get any specific useful advice from him because he refused to do research, him attacked me as a person during the whole appointment and discriminated my situation. I have never come across anyone who disrespect me like this.

Honestly there are better consulting services in Sydney with much more respect and empathy. I made the mistake of booking 2 consultations with Mr Vinh Duong for family visa matters as the firm is close to where I live. But each time (first consultation was 5 years ago and 2nd consultation was recent) I am deeply disappointed by Duong’s stuck up and demeaning attitude. Reading the reviews there seems to be a few others that had similar experience with Duong. Well never again.

The lawyer provided very clear and detailed advice on each step I needed to take. I felt very confident and satisfied with my decision to let Vinh Duong assist me with the procedures. Now I have completed the process.

Been doing my case here since July 2018 for AAT. Nothing happens. They never contact me for anything. When I send them emails of photos/documents for updates, they neither reply nor save them. Terrible service. All they do care is money. No responsibility whatsoever. Extremely upset and disappointed!
