After a bad experience with another agent in the past, we had learned some tough lessons—but Bala completely changed our journey. He was very proactive—updating our EOI, reminding us not to lose hope, and advising us at the right time to renew our skill assessment and PTE before expiry. We were fortunate to receive an 190 invitation, but at that time my partner’s skill assessment was not ready.
