Worst communication I’ve ever received in my life , when visas are so important you’d think communication would be number one priority, no. takes about 20 phone calls and 10 emails to get a one reply, this went on for months! When your paying money for a service you should be treated as a priority, felt like I was swept under the carpet , coming up if different excuses all the time. Avoid if you want to keep your sanity!

I would like to thank Maddie for helping us out in very tricky situation. We had received some tough questions (form S57) from Department of Home Affairs regarding my brother’s 489 visa application. I am disappointed with the communication I received. My questions were never answered, and I had to contact another immigration agent to obtain the information. When I called to follow up on my email, she appeared irritated by my request for a response. She has no clue of what’s going on or do it in purpose.
