I had a great experience with Visacraft migration through out my journey from student visa extension to PR grant. They were professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and guided me through the entire process clearly and patiently. I had a very disappointing experience with this migration agent. After my visa refusal, they didn't even inform me for 2–3 days. As a client, I expected to be notified immediately so I could take timely action. Once they received their fees, communication became very poor. They couldn't clearly explain what documents had been attached, what had been submitted, or the status of my application. I would not recommend their service. Be aware 🙏

I would not recommend Naveet as an agent, he had applied for my subsequent visa and I got a rejection. Only to find out that they never submitted or attached any relationship proofs in the application when I asked department to share the documents for my aat appeal. I had multiple questions which I raised during the process but I got not so convincing answer but I still went ahead with Naveet. Honestly, the attitude is just to do a substandard work for money without actually caring for your visa.
