Voya helped me through a 189 visa submission and was brilliant throughout. Completely transparent with the information provided and very flexible with the scheduling of our meetings. Just prior to final visa submission Voya even offered advice which resulted in me thousands of dollars that they would have otherwise been able to charge for. Through and through just plain good quality & honest customer service.
My experience with Ian Armani and Visa Envoy was extremely disappointing. Communication was poor, updates were infrequent, and I often felt like I was the one chasing information rather than receiving proactive support. For a service that people rely on during important visa and migration matters, the lack of responsiveness and urgency was frustrating. I was given expectations regarding timeframes and progress that were not met, and when I sought clarification, I received vague responses that did little to address my concerns. The overall process felt disorganised and far less professional than I expected. Given the significant cost involved and the importance of the matter being handled, I expected a much higher standard of service. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend Ian Armani or Visa Envoy.
