THEY INSULTED ME BY SHOUTING AT ME ON THE PHONE. I sent a request from the website to be called and was ignored. The chat started because no one paid attention to me; at the end of the chat, a misunderstanding arose, they called me back, denigrated me, insulted me, and wouldn't let me speak even though I'm the customer. After they sent me quotes and IBAN for something I didn't even need, I told them I thought they were scamming me, because from $48 on the Mozambique portal to the $250+ they were asking, it stank. TO MAKE THEM RIGHT, THEY STARTED CALLING ME OVER AND OVER, ALMOST LIKE STALKER, I HAD TO BLOCK THEM BECAUSE THEY CONTINUED TO INSULT ME. And I only needed a 30-day tourist visa, as specified. They accused me of having specified poorly and that I'm incompetent. Either they're right or they're insulting you. I finally found a competent agency that listened to the client, especially to understand their needs. They work here just to avoid unemployment.

It was a great service, perhaps a little more expensive than others online, but I wanted to be safe, knowing I was doing it! I applied in July, and as the website said, I received my visa in 4 days! I'm not giving it a 5-star review because I only received the form on how to fill it out today. It's not complicated, but it's still a bit more secure. 😉 Reply to your reply: I didn't mention any concerns about filling it out after 4 months. I specified that it's not complicated, but since it's YOUR plus/service to provide clients with a visa form, and I don't have something requested, I expected to receive it at the same time as the visa itself. I organize things well in advance, but maybe someone else would have needed it sooner, but no big deal. 😅😅 It was just a small point, not meant to be a negative review.
