NOT RECOMMENDING TO ANYONE . They pampered me with hopes and prompted me with a language with no action. II had to follow up every single statement, and either never responded for months, or contacted me at weird hours - not normal working hours. They seemed to be focusing on making my case more complicated, possibly to enjoy going to tribunal and reap more $. In my personal experience - They were very quick to ask for funding and once received they sat and enjoy it. I then followed up for months to get things done, & unfortunately they did not deliver as per my request and they will not refund my money either. From my experience, is seems that they want to get easy money and live with it. Be careful if you don't have enough knowledge with your case, your rights and responsibilities as you could be tossed left right centre. Your file maybe handed over to trainees or who knows what! I am glad my knowledge with immigrations status upgraded me to engage with a more advanced and professional advocate. They should provide what they preach instead of suffocating people's psychological wellbeing -- 2nd review; They blocked me to avoid any further response. I received a call from a man, after my first review and he identified himself as representing the organisation, he threaten to take legal action against me !!!!. They made threats about my personal and professional life. These same people who have all my personal information and they are abusing this professional privilege, I strongly believe they should no longer be allowed to operate in this industry, as their conduct is unconscionable !!!!. From their response it is clear to me that they stalk me online, this is disgusting behaviour from an organisation who's business is to assist with immigration matters. I'm sure the Home Affairs Department standards do not allow his totally unprofessional conduct from agents. -- 3rd review; As they replied and blocked me for response; They made threats to publish private and confidential information about me. That's a clear client information breach . In Australia threatening clients who leave reviews, breaches Government Policy and Code of Conduct. Let's recap what has occurred here.... I discussed my situation with them and they seemed caring and professional, they directed me to pay an upfront fee which I promptly did. Immediately after payment, everything changed......no more caring and professional conduct as l almost followed up everything. This came as false promises that i had trusted the file to be actioned immediately being a complex case... After I made repeated attempts to get them to fulfill their side of the agreement.....STILL NOTHING, I had no other option than to ask for a refund. Asking for refund came back with an apology and acknowledged of the misconception. As at writing this, I have not received a refund and I doubt I will. Final option for me is to warn others by leaving a review. Now there is action by them...THEY ABUSE, STALK AND THREATEN ME !!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM.................... -- Any professional company would not act like this. This company didn't try and deliver the service they promised, but instead they accused me of telling lies. A professional company would address the clients if they were better than the truth aired above. Every one just read again and again. This is way too personal than from a company conduct. After stalking me as discussed; I hope the can read and learn how other organisations respond to reviews. To every one i have asked to see this they have all said its pathetic and unprofessional. Furthermore which professional would put “God” in their response and in quotes. They mock God on conversations so as and in writing. Well to my Values; they don’t know much about it. Australia Values diversity and inclusion its one of the best Values to get training and development for. This is a pain they are airing as i asked for refund that they never refunded and I was told my money was peanuts by Simran. Here its seems they prefer people who pay over $10,000 to claim their rights.
I had a complicated situation for visa application. VISAINFO (especially Amit) guided and prepared my documents and assisted me at every step. Whatever queries he had raised prior to my application submission (which I had ignored), were exactly the issues raised by IMMI. Once relevant documents related to those queries were submitted, it was just a matter of time. I would highly recommend anyone to use their services. Mr Amit Baijal, Mrs Simran Baijal and his TEAM have been the best support throughout my visa grant journey. Their experience and expertise in the field of migration services is indeed the BEST you can get in Australia and I am saying this by my own experience. They know exactly what documents are needed and for which occupation. They will make sure that all documents are perfectly scrutinized and then submitted so there is no chance of any query or rejection from the officials. A very big thanks to Simran. My case was complex. I need to apply for Bridging visa B to travel to India as my visa ( temporary 482 visa) was pending due to incompletion of Medical Exemption. Simran helped me in getting the bridging visa B in 2 days. And to return to Australia, I need travel exemption. Simran checked my case and found there was an issue in my application. She fixed it and I got Visa granted in 2 days. Now I don't need travel exemption to travel to Australia. Thanks to Simran. The service provided by them was really execeptional. And they are also taking care of my PR application.
I got my PR process done through Visa Info. I can definitely commend the Skill assessment part as Simran is highly knowledgeable especially from IT side of things as she was able to confidently pursue with assessing my job to the relevant skill and this is a very important step as getting a positive outcome is one step and getting it in a category that's getting invited more or critical at a point of time is the second. It was a pleasure to work with Simran and the team at VisaInfo. VisaInfo's engagement with my case spanned from 2014 to 2016 i.e from university enrollment all the way up to be being granted a visa subclass 189 (PR). I must commend the hands on approach being taken by the team at VisaInfo, who work with each client by relating to their respective and unique circumstances instead of providing them with a one size fits all solution. At the time when was I considering migrating to Australia from overseas (Bangladesh), Simran provided a comprehensive overview of the available pathways - direct skilled migration (from overseas) or pursuing tertiary education (a Master's Degree in my case) leading to permanent residency (onshore). VisaInfo's advise to pursue both pathways simultaneously was critical and invaluable. By the time it was evident that direct skilled migration (from overseas) was unlikely, I was already well set up for a student visa. Considering my academic record and financial parameters, Simran was able to advise enrolling in to a University and course which had a potent mix of having both career and migration pathways. Once I graduated I went to lecture as a sessional at my Alma Mater, Victoria University. At the time of processing my student visa, Simran and her team were able to advise on strategies which mitigated in advance the queries that the Immigration Department (now Home Affairs) and the University had in relation to the time elapsed between my graduation (Bachelors/Honors) and the degree I was looking to enroll in (Masters). VisaInfo was also able to resolve issues that arose in my Bachelor's degree not being recognized as an equivalent Australian one at that point in time. Upon being granted my student visa in June 2014 and arriving in Sydney in July 2014, Simran and her team remained in touch to provide support and advise in relation to administrative matters at the University. Upon completion of my degree in Mar 2016, the post graduate visa (subclass 485) was also facilitated by VisaInfo, and it was granted fairly shortly. During the 189 visa (PR) Simran provided critical insights which added great value in putting together an application with substantive evidence which enabled both myself and my wife (as dependent) to be granted the visa within just 4 to 6 months in 2016. Simran's foresight on migration trends and the key areas to focus in securing enough points for the expression of interest were all critical and added greatly to the success of the application. It's been more than 6 years since I have been living and working in Australia (across various industries managing small to medium businesses both in Australia and overseas), and I am grateful to Simran and VisaInfo for assisting me in this journey.
I have been utilising Visa info for about 4 years now with various requests - I have found the business to be incredibly client oriented. I have engaged other migration agents but this one stood out and have been with them ever since. I have referred most of my friends and colleagues who felt the visa info team goes above and beyond to ensure they are satisfied and more importantly it is in the best interest of the client unlike most business who only think about themselves. I would recommend Amit and his team to everyone who is struggling or facing hard time with their Visa processing. I wonder why they don't advertise about the quality of the work they do as a team. I went to them after hassling and embarassing myself through 7 different lawyers and Agents who have wasted 16 months of my precious time along with my hard earned money. My case was complicated because of the visa that I was on and somehow fortunately found VisaInfo and Amit, discussed the case and given a proposal for the visa that I was eyeing (482). Amit not only gave me crystal clear instructions but also helped my organisation with their immigration stuff and their SBS filing. They got their SBS within few hours and I got my Bridging visa within a week. I am looking forward for my visa grant and hopefully will get that soon. Would recommend them to everyone, especially to people out there who are either losing hopes or getting negative thoughts from everywhere. Amit is honest in saying truth to your face but will give you the option as to how one can fight/challenge any refusal and convert it into positive.
