It's awful. If you want to get rejected for ridiculous reasons, sign a contract with them. They only care about their money and commission. They don't care about you at all. I had a study contract with them. I was rejected because of choosing the wrong major and the wrong work documents by this team. Then they said there's nothing they can do. Go apply to another country. And they don't even admit their mistakes.
