We're now proud to say that we have been granted my visa in Australia. We would really like to thank Mr Shavneel and Rumina Iqbal. Rumina and the amazing team at Vision Consultant who has worked through our visa applications and carried our burden upon themselves to make our dream come true. Even though it was a stressful journey of immigration procedures, Vision Consultants has never left us in the middle and made sure was able to reach through till the end. Every time I have contacted Vision Consultants Australia, I have received excellent service, ALHAMDULILAH. I want to express my sincere gratitude to Miss Sumera for all of her help and frank advice during my visa application. She was a huge help to me during the visa application process. My wife and I contacted Vision Consultants Australia for our 491 - skilled work regional visa. I heartily suggest Vision Consultant Australia since the group offers the best consulting after carefully examining the circumstances of their clients. They then go on to offer them the greatest service and unwavering support during the visa application procedure.
Extremely disappointed!! Very unprofessional!! I would strongly suggest you find better agents. I had booked a phone appointment from USA and paid $110. The agent Rumina who was supposed to call me on WhatsApp never called and when I called their office the receptionist said she even reminded the agent to call me but doesn’t know why the appointment was not honoured. I asked them to reschedule and send me a confirmation which again was not sent. I sent them emails and whatsapp messages to their chat service so far I have not received any response. I probably would have to file a complaint with the ombudsman to get a refund.

She helped me in my visa process, I have approached the Vision Consultants Australia for my student visa, but she has suggested that I should go with visa 408 as that is suitable for me. I remember very first day when i went there to get guidance regarding my visa. They did a really good job for me back in my university days over 5 years past from now for a transfer of my school with a very reasonable course fee structure then with my PSW was easy done with reasonable service fee and also in my experience they have done great job for tourist/visitor Visa as well. However, I think *responsiveness to the correspondence* for instance whether emails or messages for curious applicants or any individuals to their concerns —'within those anxious moments of them'—should be improved, because I think this is VV important part which attracts and convince the most of the clients and eventually then keep them with you for many years to come. :) And my thank you very much and appreciation to Ms. Mehreen.
