I had a very disappointing experience with Vivid Consultancy. I paid Rs. 8,500 for a PTE username and password, and was clearly told that I could access it anytime, and if it ever expired, I could renew the ID by paying Rs. 1,000. However, when my access expired and I contacted them for renewal, they refused to renew the ID as promised. This is highly unprofessional and misleading. I trusted their words and invested my money expecting proper support, but I feel cheated and ignored now. I would strongly urge others to be cautious before paying them. Proper transparency and accountability are expected from any consultancy — unfortunately, Vivid Consultancy failed on both fronts.

As comparing to other consultants teachers, I have found Gaurab Jaisawal Sir more friendly in teaching and with much better teaching experience. His teaching techniques, tips, tricks and strategies are result oriented and always the most effective ones.
