My experience with Ebony at we are one was terrible, from the moment i paid the fee i had to continually chase Ebony for info and answers, weeks between emails and a constant line of excuses, even up to a face to face meeting regarding my partners visa application which was scheduled for a Monday, Tuesday afternoon i finally got an answer after many frustrated phone calls that Ebony had been at her grandmother's funeral on the Monday !!!!!!!! defiantly would not recommend this agency and did not get a result wasted my money

We chose this agent based on their high review rate, but unfortunately, it seems we were an unlucky case. We had a consultation booking on 6 Feb 2024 that lasted about 25 minutes, during which the agent promised to send us a follow-up document with information related to our discussion. She also mentioned that we could call her if we had any questions, considering that our session didn't use the full 45 minutes we had paid for. Almost two weeks passed, and after not receiving the promised information, I sent a follow-up email on 19 Feb 2024, which received no reply. Then, on 26 Feb 2024, we called her to follow up, and she assured us that she would send it by the end of the day. Unfortunately, we still have not received anything. We understand that most immigration agents are busy, and we have tried to be patient and give them the time they need. However, this level of service is unacceptable and unprofessional. We hope you will do better with your next client. All the best.

I highly recommend Ebony. She was knowledgeable and professional about the entire process (especially impressive given I had a unique situation as a student applying for my wife as a subsequent entrant). But most importantly, Ebony was kind and generous with information. Her rates are very reasonable and she made herself available to answer questions whenever they popped into my head. Her answers to my questions were thorough and comprehensive. Ebony genuinely cares about helping others.

Ebony was very helpful in getting my permanent residency visa granted. She was prompt and efficient and made everything very clear about getting all my documents together for the application and answering my questions. Once she put the application in the visa was granted in less than 4 weeks which was even a bit quicker than she expected. She did a great job and I’m so thankful for her!
