I am very grateful for the work done by We Move Experience. I obtained my student visa and am now studying in Australia. We Move is the best! You always have a little apprehension because you can't believe such a service is free, but it's real and it exceeded all my expectations. Excellent experience with We Move! They are incredibly helpful in answering questions and explaining each step of the process: from the initial steps, such as where or what to study, to the final steps in preparing the letter, ensuring all required documentation is submitted, and including optional documents that, while not mandatory, can still strengthen your application (this last point wouldn't be possible without the full support of the We Move team). Special thanks to Cote, who not only clarified all our questions but also empathized with us, offering specific recommendations that undoubtedly helped us obtain the GRANTED degree smoothly and without any problems. Unfortunately, I absolutely would not recommend this agency. After I made the payment, the person who sold me the course stopped working with the company, and several things they had told me were not true. Furthermore, I continued the process with Sofía, who also didn't answer my messages. She started the process regarding the date and contradicted what Zahira, the sales manager, had told me. Sofía, who should have already had my information on file shortly before I had to submit all the documents, requested all my information again because it wasn't in the system. The procedures I had been informed about were not followed, and to my surprise, they also didn't tell me that I needed to obtain a USI (Unique Student Identifier) code, which is mandatory for students in Australia—something I only found out about days before the course started. When I made the necessary inquiries, no one responded to my messages, and they no longer belonged to the company. They also gave me the wrong location for the course, as I had requested one in a specific city, but it turned out the course was being held in another. Luckily, the Lexis Institute gave me the answers I needed to continue with my registration and begin my studies there. In conclusion, once you make the payment, you stop receiving good customer service from the agency; the salesperson gives you information that later contradicts what other employees tell you, and you're left without support if you have any questions.
