The overall experience was very good!! They gave me advice when I was doing research for agencies and when I finally decided to work with hem , they guided me along the process. The staff is very costumer-focused: they take the time to understand your particular situation and show you the best options according to your needs. They also organize group events and have a community which helps you a lot in the beginning in case you are alone in AUS when you arrive. Highly recommended!!
