These guys were absolute life savers for my partner and I! We were able to apply for our 309 Partner Visa and have it granted in 3 Months!!! That's almost 9 months faster than the expected time. You can't beat experience! Originally used Welch Law to help with my Wife's Visa applications and have referred quite a few friends to them, and some of these were difficult cases as well. Adam has a good understanding of how the Government thinks, and makes sure that the applications are done properly to minimise any chance of refusal. There are plenty of other immigration agents out there, but once you get a refusal it is so much harder to get approval later. I wouldn't take the chance to use any one else.
