I was extremely lucky to find Thomas at West Aussie Migration a number of years ago. I had been told previously by 2 visa agents that my case was too complex, and I should just go back to Ireland and give up because I didn't have a hope of becoming a resident, EVER! My partner's immigration agent referred me to Thomas since he is specialised in AAT cases and my case was complexed. Thomas replied to ALL of my emails promptly. If he was in a very busy or was going away soon, he was very honest and let me know straight away. This form of politeness seemed to be neglected by many immigration agents these days. Many of them are driven by money too. Thomas was always available, willing to help and patient. I even referred my friend to him and her case was very complexed too. He was honest straight away and told her there wasn't any positive outcomes following her case because of the conditions of her visa. Honesty, compassion, responsive and patience are very important quality you need to look for in your immigration agent. Especially since these type of procedures will reveal your close future. I would absolutely recommend Thomas!

Thomas at West Aussie Migration is an exceptional visa agent and handled every single step of the immigration application with care and always made time for EVERY question, big or small, normal or crazy, stressed or chilled. Depending on the visa, some of the requirements get quite technical (and also daunting because of what's at stake), and so to have someone equally relaxed and professional and experienced to handle everything with a laugh and smile made the process 1000x easier and less stressful. Thank you Thomas for all the hard work, and I'll be returning in a few years for the next visa.
