My name is Mandeep Singh. *Read my full review.* I applied for the New Zealand student visa through West Highlander Immigration a few months ago and I have received the approval today. I can honestly say that West Highlander is the average consultant for New Zealand study visa process. They are not open and honest with their clients. Throughout the process, I repeatedly requested that they send me screenshots or other evidence of the status of my application, but they never did. I applied for the February 23 intake and asked them in late January to please contact the INZ and ask them to process my application because my classes were to in the first week of February, but they ignored me. Because they were not transparent about the process at the end of February, I decided to contact INZ on my own. I received my visa 2-3 days after contacting INZ. But I was too late to join the February intake, so I had to retake the IELTS exam, which I fortunately passed. I communicated with the college and INZ. After everything, when I asked them to update my April intake with INZ, they refused and said it might cause a problem. I contacted INZ again on my own and updated my intake with them. Mrs. Parwinder ma'am did not greet me when I arrived at their office, despite the fact that she was present ( I felt bad). But I'm giving three stars because I got my visa. I have no complaints about Sapna ma'am. Mrs. Parwinder ma'am was also nice, but I was disappointed when she did not meet me and congratulate me. They also write their own reviews and ask their clients to copy and paste here. I also copied and pasted their written review, which I have now edited and given an honest one.
