West highlander , the whole team specially Bhavna mam and Manjula mam were very very supportive . My husband and my kid got their New Zealand dependent visas through them.I am basically from Kerala and I came across west highlander through their you tube videos and shorts , that’s how I contacted them . I have never visited their office in person everything was shared over calls and mails and everything was smoothly taken care of . I only had one condition that I wanted to travel along with my husband and kid to New Zealand and Manjula mam had taken the guarantee of fulfilling the same, always felt at ease talking to her . Bhavna mam on the other hand was very very knowledgeable and filled all our documents well , was available on calls and msgs , solved all our queries with patience .There was not even a single moment where I felt the distance between their Chandigarh office and my Kerala home , I never had second thoughts of choosing an agency from my home town.
