This business should not be allowed to operate in Australia. You do not have to go far to find worst service. I had an extremely disappointing experience with Wickham Lawyers and in particular Vikas Jain. They agreed to take on my case at a set cost. In early October I was advised that a letter will be sent in a week time however it is february now and they provided absolutely no service—no updates, no progress, nothing. Despite repeated follow-ups, numerous calls and messages, I was met with delays and excuses. Still waiting for the letter. Additionally, I engaged them for conveyancing for a business transaction, and they completely failed to represent me in the process. They didn't even supply the solicitor Trust account for the purpose of settlement resulting in bank unwilling to settle and requesting me to use my own fund for settlement and they would reimburse after settlement. I would hate to see this happening to anyone. Their lack of communication and professionalism has been frustrating and unacceptable and brought me to tears which was conveyed to Vikas which didnt make any difference. I would strongly advise against using their services if you value your time and peace of mind.
