Very disappointed with the service. Despite assurances, my parents’ visa was not processed successfully. Even did not return proper discount when he applied for my admission in college . Because of them refusal happened and now they say they don’t work on refusal visa which was applied by them only. Such liars and making me hustle a lot especially this girl Pallavi and Sam . All of the staff members are not good. Doesn’t respond at all . They just make false promises. Never process ur any kind of file from them . Go somewhere who r professional. Here staff have another level of grudges . Would not recommend.
