I'm a software engineer worked in China and the US for many years. Due to privacy concerns I used this "Finance Yang" Google account name so that people who know me will not know my considerations with immigrations by searching my real name. I used Atul (wisekangaroo)'s service in 2023 late March for a video chat consultation to know more about Australia. I recommend his (this company's) service due to -- 1. Unbiased opinions to help me make the right judgements, rather than giving me biased view. He encouraged me to return to the US first with my family, rather than taking my family to Australia directly, despite him making a living with the immigration service. 2. I love the communication process with him. In emails he expressed his ideas very clearly, and was very thoughtful about the logistics for our video meetings. 3. He showed a lot of professionalism providing the facts about immigration to Australia. 4. Besides the hard facts of the immigration, upon my request, he shared a lot of his own personal stories, personal feelings, attitudes, towards the lifestyle in Australia. Those are as helpful to me as the immigration facts and processes. 5. His inputs to me were not just limited to the above. He gave me suggestions about my career in Australia, given I am a software engineer. His suggested strategies are helpful. Despite I will not migrate to Australia in the near future (partly due to his honest and impartial suggestions), working with him once the time comes, is a very good option for me.
