Cannot believe I had to wait whilst Olive (the bot) attempted to work out what I was asking about, which was the quietest times to shop at my local Woolworth's store(Kempsey NSW).I was then put on hold for about 3 minutes until Patrick came along and needed to read the previous messages. After a further 5 minutes he returned to say Olive and not understood my request so he went away again to read the TWO lines I had typed. He returned to tell me Woolworth's ONLY knew they were quietest between 10:30-11:30am. I asked about evenings- Woolworth's DID NOT KNOW. I explained ALL managers dispensing everything from petrol to pizza knew and brought on adequate (sic) staff to handle surges. He simply asked if he could do anything else for me. As he had not done anything initially I failed to see him suddenly giving me racing tips at Flemington. 2 stars is more than deserved.

I want to take a time to point out some products. Big family block of Cadbury chocolate has been 8:50for more than six years. It really chases me off. Take that every day. Low price sign off another thing that gets me is the small block of chocolates go to 8 dollars. You think Coles are ripping people off again another thing I don’t like. The 10 pack of Coca-Cola sells for 12:50 Then it’s $21 not to mention the 24 pack that sells for $40 Woolworths get your act together. Price gouging at best not happy.

Absolute WORST customer service. I was overcharged and forced to chase up my refund between numerous calls and chats online. Took me 2hrs to get it resolved - wasn’t even a significant amount ($28 - I chased it up on principal). On top of this one of the staff members issued a store credit. They refused to give me a refund, despite me being the one that was overcharged! I’ve spent thousands at wooolworths between work and home. Won’t be going back. I’ve heard coles are super responsive to any issues. They also have 90min deliveries, free delivery, saving up to $15 on each order. Giving them a go. Woolworths, you need to do better.

For months there is an issue when trying to get gift cards into the account when trying to buy groceries online. I called you and chatted with multiple times and you have not fixed it. Gift cards are useless when not useable online. Further, I tried to make use of cashback they advertise on shopback and of course afterwards they claim I am not eligible for some made-up reasons. Just another classical Woolworth scam as with the prices in their shops. Just go to Aldi from now on.

Very disappointing customer service at Woolworths Kwinana. The staff member at the service desk was rude, ignored me while I was waiting, and even spoke disrespectfully to a colleague who asked her to serve me. When I tried to explain a payment issue, she was dismissive and said she was “doing me a favour.” Completely unprofessional and not the level of service I expect.

I have been contacting Woolworths over Messenger after my mother found a fishhook in her prawns purchased from the Woolworths deli, and almost swallowed it. They asked me for contact details, which I provided and have since not heard a thing. It seems they could not care any less about their customers, no care to even follow up on where this happened so that it doesn’t happen to another customer and do some serious damage. I guess posting photos of the hook in their prawns all over Facebook may get a response instead.

I wanted to add items to my online order, but the option to modify it is no longer available. The banner states changes can be made until 9:45 PM today, which is still 4 hours away. However, it says my order is already being prepared even though delivery isn't until tomorrow morning. Customer service is non existent.

Dear Woolworths Customer Service Team, I am writing to formally complain about the excessive noise from reversing beepers on your small delivery trucks operating in Ruth Miller Cl, Fig Tree Pocket at 6:45am this Sunday morning, March 15, 2026. This early hour on a weekend disrupts residents’ rest and appears to violate Brisbane City Council noise regulations, which prohibit clearly audible noise from equipment like reversing alarms before 8am on Sundays. Under the Environmental Protection Act 1994 and Brisbane City Council rules, such beepers must not be audible inside nearby homes during these restricted times (7pm Saturday to 8am Sunday). Standard “beep-beep” alarms are particularly intrusive and unnecessary given modern alternatives like white-noise alarms, reversing cameras, or sensors—which your fleet could easily adopt as best practice. I request that Woolworths: • Immediately review and adjust delivery schedules or truck routes to avoid reversing manoeuvres in residential areas before 8am on weekends. • Equip trucks with quieter broadband/white-noise reversing alarms to comply with noise standards. • Provide training to drivers on minimising noise during early deliveries. Please confirm receipt of this complaint and outline the actions you’ll take within 7 days. I have video evidence and will escalate to Brisbane City Council if this continues. Thank you for addressing this promptly to respect our community.
