Nicolas helped me and my partner to book a multi trip to Los Angeles and Mexico. It was my first trip towards that side of the world and everything was perfect! Nicolas organised things that we didn't even think of, such as ESTA visa waiver, transfers.. He recommended us a wonderful hotel, Knots Berry Farm Hotel, we had buffet breakfast and our transfers to the parks as well as the Disneyland Passes were also included! transfers from/to airport, then Mexico flights and another very important thing, on the way back to Sydney we had enough transit in Los Angeles too, not too short and not too long.. Everything was just perfect! He created our itinerary within a day, and it was also a Christmas period, busy season.. nothing is impossible for Nicolas and I highly recommend him to everyone who wants a stress free holiday/trip. WE just arrived back from a 11 week trip to Canada & Alaska (x 4 weeks) and South America/ x 5 countries (x 6 weeks) - This was our once in a lifetime long service leave bucket list trip. I am someone that always researches, plans and books my own travel however this was a complex trip, and I was having no joy with flight centre or tour operators, so I decided to seek out a good T agent. Nicholas was amazing, helping us tailor our trip with every fine detail that we wanted as well as communicating and checking in whilst on our trip. he also ensured we got in all of the paperwork and there was a lot- with vaccination affedevits and visas. We had english speaking guides at every airport ensuring our safety and local knowledge was met. Drivers that got us to the airports (we had x 23) so we never missed a flight and if there was a flight change - Nicholas was right onto it making sure we were well organised. He also knew when we would need more rest & the best amount of time to spend in places. we were treated like royalty and stayed in the most amazing hotels. It was truly the most amazing trip and worth spending the extra money with a good agent like Nicholas to ensure that everything was just right.
We missed a connection from Dublin to Frankfurt on our return to Australia. Nicolas Delacharlerie went above and beyond organizing our passage back to Australia. It was very difficult as everything was fully booked. We could never have sorted it ourselves. He communicated consistently and clearly at all times. Then, he organized a complimentary driver to pick us up when we landed back in Sydney, some 60 hours after leaving Dublin. I highly recommend him as a skilled and empathic travel agent. Jaimie Ryan
Nicolas was absolutely amazing! we contacted him after having our third cancellation on our original flights to Sydney. Nicolas found us tickets to Perth instead of Sydney (which is what we had been trying to do for months) almost straight away after contacting him! Not only that, but he managed to bring us home (5 people) even sooner after hearing about Omicron! It was a really long way and we had to get into 4 different planes but absolutely everything went smoothly! He was checking on us every step of the way and even after arriving in quarantine he has been making sure we are okay. Thanks Nicolas for all your help and great communication during the process. It would've been devastating to be stuck for any longer! 100% recommended!
A HUGE BIG THANK YOU to Nicolas and his team at World Travel Connections for the effort and hard work that he put into our mum’s visa application for the last 10 months. Even though we knew that he was an expert at emergency travel arrangements, our case was not one’s average visa application, if indeed any case can be called average in these times. Given the pandemic situation and travel limitations, and our constantly evolving circumstances it was Nicolas’s overall strategy that clearly helped achieve our objective in the quickest & most efficient manner possible. Nicolas Delacharlerie is a super star! We got stock in Ireland when our tickets to Melbourne got cancelled due to COVID and border restrictions down under. We called every travel agent in Ireland, UK and Australia and everyone said it was impossible for us to get new tickets. We found Nicolas' details in Facebook, and immediately after contacting him, he got into action. He worked his magic and in 24 hours we were back in the game. He was always on top of every detail, managed every change, responded to every question, no matter the time of day (or night). He is the absolute best in the business and we cannot recommend him highly enough. Next time we have a trip, undoubtedly Nicolas will be our first port of call. Thank you Nicolas!
I contacted Nicolas with World Travel Connections out of desperation. For months I had been trying to book flights from the USA to Perth to spend time with my very ill sister. But all flights I booked cancelled just days before travel, so I was left with nothing. We heard about Nicolas and how he specialized in getting people back to Australia during COVID. From the outset he was responsive and optimistic. In fact, I thought he was too-good-to-be-true so I set about researching to see if he was legitimate! In the end I decided to take a chance and accept what he offered - flights directly into Perth leaving in just a few days. Everything went really smoothly, except my checked luggage got left behind somewhere. So began the saga of tracking it down. Everything was wrong - incorrectly tagged luggage, me without accurate bag tags, 3 airlines involved. Nicolas worked around the clock, and thinking outside the box, he helped approach the situation from all angles. I finally got my luggage 6 days after I left the USA. I've never been happier to wash my hair and put on a pretty dress to enjoy day 6 of quarantine! Thank you Nicolas for your tireless efforts to take care of me!!!
My dad contacting World travel connections for my way to get home from America during this stressful time with COVID could not have been closer to one of the best decisions that he’s made. Nicolas reassured me everything would be ok even when I wasn’t sure myself. He gave me multiple options and went above and beyond with what normal travel agents do. He was genuinely concerned with me, would contact me anytime I needed. The 3am text message was never a problem to WTC. He even offered to see if I needed anything while quarantining as he lives in the area. As an unaccompanied minor travelling the world I would recommend WTC to anyone at all.
