From the first communication to the completion of our visas and permanent residency applications, they have been nothing short of outstanding. I had a great experience with World Visa. The team is very professional. Initially I approached Kavitha and Jyoti for my Partner Visa. They guided me very well on all my queries. Later, Uma and Sherline helped me in all documentations and evidences. I was bit frustrated towards the end because it took over two months to get all documentations and reviews before filing, but they ensured me that when Immi Officer picks up my case, everything will be perfect and there will be no room for additional queries. Not only that, considering my case, they had requested for subclass 100 (without Provisional). It happened just that. IT TOOK ONLY 75 DAYS to get my Partner Visa (Subclass 100). Probably the shortest time that I heard of. A big Thanks to the whole team! I am also planning to process Parent Visa through them.
I had received invite twice from Canada immigration, (EOI created by myself) however due to incompetent employees like "CHARAN" my application got rejected twice. Instance 1 - I had an invite and completed all the paperwork and payment. Then the team calls me and asks me to make a payment to WES as the last step. I did make the payment and share the screenshot to the team to verify if I had done the correct thing. The team confirmed everything was done correctly. However the immigration got back saying my application was rejected as the payment for WES was done to the wrong party. If the team had done their due diligence and verified the receipt, we could have made a repayment and issue would have been resolved. Instance 2 - The second time I got my invite and team again did the paperwork and submitted the application. Again I got an email from immigration saying my application is rejected. This time Mr. Charan and the great team had not checked that the express entry profile they ahd created had expired. This has costed me my lifetime opportunity and now my IELETS score has expired and I am not eligible for CANADIAN PR. If hold WORLD VISA responsible for this and the least thing they can do is refund the amount I paid for their service(35000 INR).
WORST EXPERIENCE! Lost ₹15,000 total waste. I am currently in London, UK while I am typing this review. I happen to visit world visa in Manipal center Bangalore during the month of September for my UK business visa and someone called Moshin guided me to prepare some docs and I planned accordingly, got all the docs and funds ready and by then this person left the organisation and things became chaotic. He was a kind person, nothing against him. But, here the actual experience- Ramya who was in charge of UK visa was supposed to take care of online application and guiding for my docs, was firstly irresponsible and unprofessional. The customer service was worst- never, responded to my messages on time or even my calls on time and didn’t know my case condition because Moshin left. That being said, she had 0 product knowledge. I was on an emergency need to visit UK for a conference on December 19th. I visited their office directly because Ramya was of no use. At the time of visit. “Mr.Kaiser” who was so called the manager, who just wasted my complete 45 minutes. He told me to come back after 2 months with more funds while I had my case spoken and done exactly the way Moshin guided me. Kaiser, never understood my importance or emergency and gave all examples which was so unnecessary. He demotivated, illogical examples which was absolutely unnecessary and convinced to never apply for the visa, time scam! and the point is, they do not know to do visas. I by myself have a degree in travel and tourism and worked in Thomas cook (TCVSIL) and had knowledge but didn’t have time or resource and that was the only reason I went to these people and they told that my profile was so weak, while I did exactly what they asked me to do. They all potrait themselves like they own the visa industry and that’s what made me trust them. Utter waste!!! Overall, I lost ₹15,000 totally waste. All I got back was- underestimate my business and told that my visit is not possible for the conference. I visited another agency that same evening and within 2 week time. I am now in UK. No luck nothing, they do not know to do visas. - product knowledge 0 - customer service 0 - professionalism 0 Overall 0
When you meet the team initially you get impressed as they really talk and assure you well. But my experience overall has been a very very bad one. After all my documents were submitted,and money was paid. Then it's your job to follow up if want a update. You drop a message, call and there is never a response. Sometimes after 3-4 weeks of they respond a lame excuse will be given that we were busy. I had to remind of there was a update to be done on there system or ask what's the progress. Infact 1 time I was told by a person that why do u follow up and anyway mostly there are no chances of your visa. If u know so we'll why was the application processing done and money taken. I have lost out on the time by them and as I have not followed up there is not even a single call or message about my application. I feel really cheated . Please dont fool people just to make money. No stable staff except one. Even if by mistake you are able to reach them they will ask who are you and you need to tell the overall history again. Ridiculous unprofessional company. Plz don't wast your time with them or your plans will be only plans.
I had reached out to Worldvisa for processing my kid’s child visa and a Visitor visa application to Australia. Both of them were processed seamlessly with expert guidance by Ms. Jyothi and team. I usually look into details and the specifics and had a time crunch, and hence I had a lot of queries at various processing stages be it either with the forms or at the documents required or at processing timelines. All my questions were promptly and patiently answered and clarified. I also have to mention that the whole of the process was completed via phone/email. I had reached out to Worldvisa for processing my Canada visitor visa. I must say that I made a right choice! Visitor visa application was processed seamlessly with expert guidance by Ms. Jyothi. I am a person who is very detail oriented, and I had multiple questions at every stage. All my questions were promptly answered. I got my PR after 3 years of waiting! Yes! It took that long. But the wait was made easy with the support of a good leader of his organization like Kaiser Geer. I started with my process in April 2018 and got it in May 2022 (I was supposed to get my PR by April 2019)! I was almost in a state of mind where I wanted to quit , as I wasn't getting any closure. Terribly perplexed, that despite being a pre-pandemic applicant, why was it taking so much time, and really anxious that peers with a lower CRS score than mine, had already gotten their PR, the entire Canada PR process surely tested my patience. But Kaiser Geer- the co founder of World Visa really supported me with his great EQ and counselling skills- which I believe is a must for any organization that is into providing services. Some of my key points regarding my experiences with World Visa: 1. They conduct a free evaluation for you - which no other consultation does- yes, not even Y axis. Whats even better is that this evaluation is accurate. They don't promise you the world, if you don't fit the bill- just to make money. 2. Excellent Counselling Skills- Kaiser who is the co founder of this organization is a great people's person and understands how to assure anxious customers. 3. They are open enough to consider your points and do not have false ego in accepting if there is lapse from their staff's end. What matters is how you as an irate customer address it. After all they are running a service and have no control over certain decisions. Instead of getting angry and voicing our concerns in a rude manner with them, a customer needs to express their dissatisfaction in a mature way and in turn get their support- which I did as well. 4. The best part of their service I appreciated, is that for a case like mine, they could have easily washed off their hands and told me to quit. They aren't gaining or losing anything. But World Visa Consultants chose to stick by me and support me. This organization thinks beyond business and profits- they value business relationships more and are clever enough to understand that relationships drive business and its not the other way around!
