We engaged Y-Axis in May 2023 to support our Australian PR application, and it’s been a long two-year journey. Special thanks to Shainy, Chaitanya Banda, Vasanth, and Arvin Pannu for their constant support and availability. They were always there to answer our questions and guide us throughout the process. Their support really made a difference in making this long journey manageable. Overall, the experience was smooth and well-managed. They guided us effectively, especially during the ACS assessment process for my wife, where they recommended the RPL pathway and helped us get it done quickly. The application was submitted without any issues or errors, which was a big relief. After submission, it mostly became a waiting game, but the team remained available and responsive throughout. It was easy to reach out to them for any queries, and we always got timely assistance. One area for improvement would be the communication structure—initial calls are always routed through India-based agents before you can connect with a MARA agent, and we had to pay extra for an additional EOI, which was a bit disappointing.
