Avoid, avoid, AVOID... If you're only semi-interested in what this company can offer, I'd say stay away at all costs. I provided them with my email address and contact details several weeks ago and, despite me telling them several times since that I'm no longer interested - the spam calls, emails and WhatsApp messages have never stopped. I actually had an argument with an agent on WhatsApp who insisted it can't be spam because they're an "international company with offices in India and Australia".. blocked. I've had phone calls from 5 different unrecognised numbers from this company. The last one I picked up I requested that they remove my number immediately - she seemed surprised 🤦 I'm still receiving emails from them, today it's not YAxis that have sent me an email, it's Alka Chauhan, a YAxis agent using his personal email address to get around my block I think it's fair to say this company are the most prolific I've ever had the displeasure of coming across by now and if I could leave 0 stars I would.
I have successfully submitted by PR application. Archana Naidu is my process consultant and she has been very proactive in answering my questions and helping me submit my application. Gagandeep Kaur is my agent and she too has been closely looking into my case. Nivedita Agarwal was my first point of contact at Y-axis. She has made sure I feel a comfort throughout the process. My migration agent (Carlisle Khan) is a very knowledgable person. He was helpful and guided me in the right direction. He explained things in a calm manner and was always on the point. His guidance made sure I chose the right pathways. The support team sits in Hyderabad. They handle all documents checking. The guys who guided me through the steps of skill assessment had trouble explaining things (their English wasn't good), but we got through in the end. After that, the process was handled by Jamuna. She handled it well and in a thourough manner. If you get Carlisle as your agent, go for it with confidence. But when dealing with the Hyderabad team, just double check their work
