Very poor service, poor communication, and no insights on PR, just sales to get money and clients. I had taken the service a few year back to discuss PR pathway, at that stage the consultants followed up a lot and I thought of going with them. Initial few months it was okay with first migration agent who would take call or respond on email. However sometime later, agent was changed and them the consultant taking care of the file also changed, and then there was no information and any updates on how to go with the PR. One time they forgot to file EOI for 190, service and consultation was not useful even though they charged 3.5k fee. The migration agent never shares insights and never proactive on actions I can take. Please avoid this at all cost.

Despite submitting all requested documentation, my case was filed under an inaccurate occupational classification, which was later confirmed as ineligible by the assessment authority. The outcome was not simply an administrative issue — it was a direct result of flawed advisory input, a lack of role-code due diligence, and misleading interpretation of eligibility criteria. This isn’t speculation — this is based on documented communications and the final decision letter issued by the assessing body. My interactions spanned across multiple individuals, including Sidvilash, Satish Ellapu, Mounika Kuchipudi, and C. Shylender Goud (RMA) — each of whom either deflected responsibility, repeated scripted explanations, or offered unrelated alternatives instead of addressing the core issue: that the case was fundamentally mishandled. The most concerning part isn’t the error itself — it's the culture of denial and avoidance that followed. Instead of resolution, I was offered alternate pathways (like Germany's Blue Card), pushed for reassessments with more fees, and told repeatedly that “processes were followed.” At no point was responsibility taken for the damage caused to my career, mental health, and long-term plans, all of which were based on the assurances of Y-Axis consultants. This review is not written in anger, but in duty, for the next person who may be asked for a five-star review before the facts are in. Transparency and accountability are not optional in a profession that affects lives and futures. Professionalism is not defined by emails and checklists — it's defined by owning your mistakes and treating your clients with the respect they deserve.
