Even before going on my working holiday in Australia, I received a tremendous amount of help through the information sessions. Thanks to that, I believe my life there was much more comfortable and safe. However, I had become somewhat desensitized to that sense of safety, and after my holiday ended and I returned to Korea, I was anxious because I had forgotten to cancel my mobile phone service and close my bank account. Suddenly, I thought of Hoju-hyung and contacted him via KakaoTalk. Despite being busy, he very kindly provided a consultation and connected me with the person in charge, resolving all my issues in less than thirty minutes. I would like to thank Director Hoju-hyung once again, and I will conclude my review here.
I'm a PhD student, so consulting with the study abroad agency probably wouldn't have been beneficial, but they were incredibly helpful in answering my questions and difficulties when I applied for my student visa. ㅠ_ㅠ They explained everything clearly, not just for undergraduate programs, but also for graduate programs! They even reviewed my application and helped me check it. I understand the branch is in Melbourne, but I'm in Brisbane. Despite the difference in location, they consulted with me and were very knowledgeable about the details, which made their explanations incredibly helpful. I met Aussie-type while I was struggling with visa issues in Bali, neither in Australia nor Korea. Given the nature of study abroad agencies, it's understandable that they'd decline or give vague answers for unprofitable consultations (in fact, when I contacted another agency, I was completely ignored). However, living up to their reputation as Aussie-type, they answered my questions with the same level of care and devotion as a local friend. I'm writing this review to help them in any way I can. While there are study abroad agencies that only pursue profit, I want to let you know that Aussie-type study abroad agencies truly listen to and consult with others as if they were their own. I hope you maintain your current mindset and continue to grow to become the leading study abroad agency in Australia. Finally, I want to inform you that I have no affiliation with Aussie-type study abroad agencies and am just an ordinary working holiday maker like you who are reading this review. I first learned about the Australian type through the Internet Green Window blog! The blog post explained everything about the Australian working holiday program from A to Z very well! Then, I wanted to inquire more in detail, so I contacted them via KakaoTalk,,, and... I was touched by their kind and accurate guidance to a mere passerby! Working Holiday is an organization that provides free access to difficult-to-find overseas information. I first encountered the Australian website through a free information session, and initially thought it was just a promotional event for insurance and corporate promotions. However, when I attended the free information session on June 27th, there was no such promotion at all. They kindly explained everything about working holidays. It also serves as a valuable community site where I can obtain necessary information from locals during my future working holiday.
After graduating with a diploma, I am now studying for an advanced diploma. While studying, I was worried because each lawyer gave me different answers about whether I could apply for a graduation visa and so on. On my way to work in the morning, I was worried, so I sent a detailed explanation to Director Daniel of Australia-type Study Abroad Center via private message, and he answered my questions right away. I am grateful that he always gives quick and sincere answers and treats his students with sincerity, and I ask for your continued help.
