I highly recommend this place. I got my I-189 permanent residency here. When I first came to Australia, I handled every step of the process here, from my student visa to my permanent residency. Attorney Daniel knew the optimal visa strategy so well and gave me realistic advice, and Ms. Sunny took great care of me; even though I was lazy with paperwork, she organized all my documents as if it were her own and paid a lot of attention to me. I succeeded in correcting an administrative visa error that seemed impossible to resolve. As a working holiday visa holder, I had nowhere to turn for help when visa issues arose. My child failed two subjects right before graduation and had to stay in school longer. However, at the time of admission, the study abroad agency stated they would not handle the case because the COE was in August and the visa expired on April 6th, creating a significant gap, and they had failed before. I couldn't understand, logically, why one couldn't get a visa again just because they failed while attending school. That is when Attorney Hoju Hyungnim handled the application very easily today, as if it were no big deal, and successfully approved the visa today. He is truly capable! I am so grateful... As of March 2026, I have completed the 801 Partner Visa process. I was able to get this far thanks to Sunny and Consultant Daniel from Yes Immigration Law, as well as all the other staff members. I got in touch with the agency through a recommendation from an older friend and applied for the visa immediately. 482 Visa Approval When I was first preparing for the 482 visa, I was completely lost and unsure of where to start. A friend recommended it, so I went ahead and did it right away after a phone consultation. They explained the process and required documents in great detail. They were incredibly helpful, even sending me examples to explain things to me, even though I'm not very computer literate. They were always there to help me with any questions or concerns I had during the visa application process, so I felt completely comfortable! My application was finally approved! ㅠ I hope to work with Daniel Lawyer again in two years to prepare for my permanent residency. Whenever my friends ask me for a lawyer, I'll recommend him without a second thought! The visa market is so challenging these days, so I'm so happy I got approved! Thank you again!!!!
