My visa renewal was denied. This agency negligently sent a letter of intent that hadn't been agreed upon with me. As a communications professional, I edited the document, modifying important points and adding relevant information; however, that version was never uploaded to the system due to their error. Upon receiving the denial, I noticed that the immigration officer emphasized precisely the points I had strengthened in the letter that was never submitted. Guys, if you can, personally review the documents with your advisor before they are sent or uploaded to the system.

The advice was awful. I arrived and the agent hadn't even read my case. I sent it to him again so he could read it, and he only read half of it. He only gave me one option for my situation: he suggested I study for a master's degree at a university, but he didn't present any other options. I was informed at the appointment and knew there were at least eight other ways for me to stay in Australia, but he definitely wasn't trying to help me; he was only interested in benefiting the university he had offered me. The worst advice I've ever received. I ended up asking him about the other options, and he didn't know about them. Terrible service.

I had an extremely negative experience with Heidy from this agency. Her lack of knowledge about customer service, immigration, and visas resulted in a poorly handled student visa application. The process was unprofessional and left me highly dissatisfied. I strongly advise against using this agency for any visa-related processes in Australia. My visa was refused due to her insufficient knowledge of visa applications and migration rules.
