had a very disappointing experience with Yeste Immigration. One of their agents verbally assured me that I would not need to take the OSCE exam for Australian nursing registration and claimed that my existing qualifications would be sufficient. Based on this assurance, I paid a hefty amount to start my process with the agency. Later, I was sneakily sent an email mentioning that the outcome would depend on individual assessment results. This crucial detail was never clearly explained to me beforehand. During my process, I was then informed that I would need to travel to Australia to take the OSCE exam. From the very beginning, I had clearly stated that I would not be interested in proceeding if travelling to another country for exams was required, as it would be extremely expensive when considering travel, accommodation, and exam costs. I made several attempts to raise complaints through email and WhatsApp, but I only received a response stating that it was not their fault. After that, the migration agent, Jancy, completely stopped responding and left my concerns unresolved. Paying such a large amount to the agency, along with the initial registration costs for AHPRA, has been financially and emotionally stressful for me. The cold and dismissive response from the agency makes it feel like they are only interested in taking money rather than genuinely supporting their clients. I would advise others to be extremely cautious and to get all commitments and conditions in writing before proceeding with this agency.
