I applied for my residency visa through them. When I first called for an enquiry, I spoke with Yitesh Sharma. After that, I kept getting calls saying they would handle everything and provide the best service, but once the payment was made, Yitesh stopped answering my calls. My file was then passed on to Cody. His communication was very poor. Whenever I asked a question, the replies were delayed and mostly copy-paste from the immigration website. They didn’t provide a clear checklist either, so we had to figure everything out ourselves. We also ended up wasting extra money because of their unclear guidance. I had even shared Yitesh’s number with my friends, and they faced the same behaviour, so it wasn’t just my case. Before this, I had worked with Kartike and Kiran, and their service was excellent with clear communication. But my recent experience with Yitesh Sharma and Cody was very disappointing. Not recommended.

Our family had an excellent experience with Zealand Immigration. We applied for a New Zealand work visa from India, and they handled our file very professionally. After 3 years of Covid lockdown my husband has finally arrived from America to join me. We reached out to Zealand Immigration for help as we have wasted 3 weeks with our previous advisor that were not very responsive in our urgency to start our partnership visa. Zealand Immigration helped us and allocated us to Rafael Wang immediately within 3 days and assured us that they can help us out in our Partnership visa as my husband was on his 3 months visitor visa. Rafael has been very closely working with us in advising us what we need to do. We would like to thank the team at Zealand Immigration for making our dream come true. I’m extremely disappointed with the immigration service I received. The entire process has been unnecessarily slow, confusing, and frustrating. Communication was almost non-existent — I had to chase for updates multiple times with no clear answers or timelines given. Every time I contacted them, I was either passed around or given generic responses that didn’t address my concerns. What should have been a straightforward process turned into months of waiting, stress, and complete lack of transparency. It honestly feels like no one takes responsibility or is willing to help. I understand these things take time, but the level of disorganisation and poor service is unacceptable, especially for something as important as immigration. I expected professionalism and clarity, but got the exact opposite. I hope they seriously reconsider how they treat applicants because no one should have to go through this kind of experience.
A huge thanks to Zealand Immigration for helping me during my AEWV in 2023 and this year 2025 for my residency visa application. I would say the whole team is amazing. But, Especially thanks to Kritika(who I have called gazillion times and she always responded)and Susan. They never missed my call , if they did they immediately called me back . They did their best to make the whole process easy and stress-free . In my opinion, what makes them best is that they are very approachable, kind, soft spoken , professional and non judgmental.
