Best agent ever! Bo and his team is definitely professional and can give you best recommendations based on your circumstances. My partner and I have used their service from TR to PR. Thanks to them we got the PR! We had some difficult circumstances in the past and Zhijie was the only agent that was confident about what to do among many agents that we have consulted (including expensive migration lawyer who charged us $200/hr😭). I waited for 20 mins and then an employee finally asked my requests. Totally unprofessional, she need to look up everything on the internet even some so basic knowledge which she should know. I don’t understand why the rating is so high. But for me, I will definitely not sign a contract with them. Not enthusiastic and authentic, it even cannot be described as professional. So ridiculous. UPDATE：let me tell you what. Before I arrived there, I called your office. The officer said the free advice is provided by an agent with many working experience. Then I said “ fine, even though the person without certificate but she should know how to sort some basic issues.” If you insist that the free advice only play searching function, then I suggest you should clarify it before customers make appointment. Otherwise no one would like to progress next stage with you.
I went to see the receptionist the day before, and they said the previous client had a long wait and told me to come back the next day. The next day, the receptionist wouldn't let me see Li Bo. First, they said Li Bo was in a bad mood (what a ridiculous excuse...), then they said he was very busy, and finally they said they could see him but at $160 per hour. If you want money, just say so. There's no need to play games with people like this; your behavior is disgusting. Updated reply: Your morals are truly astonishing, and your comprehension is bizarre. First, my question isn't just about the 14-day entry issue; it also includes the choice between a spouse visa and the 190 state sponsorship strategy. Is this something your receptionist can explain in a single sentence? Stop distorting the facts! Second, if you're going to charge, you should have stated it the first time, instead of making me come back a second time. Lying that I didn't have an appointment, was your receptionist deliberately making me come back the next morning to mess with me? Besides Li Bo, no one else there has any professional qualification. How can I know if you're capable of handling business if I don't see him? Are you asking your receptionist to apply for my visa for thousands of dollars in agency fees? They made me make another trip, and when I got there, they said "Li Bo is in a bad mood" (didn't you say that yourselves? How utterly shameless!). They lacked basic respect for people.
I've used Zhijie's services for visas three times. There were always some tricky things that happened during the process, but besides patiently waiting, the agency used its professional judgment to solve the problems. I've also recommended them to other friends, especially for complicated visa cases, and they've resolved them all. I hope I won't need to apply for visas again in the future, but if I do, it's more reliable to use them. At least when you encounter problems, you know who to turn to, instead of being in a state of desperately seeking help.
Li Bo is a highly professional immigration agent and an excellent person. He helped my parents apply for three-year visitor visas. There was a small hiccup that I couldn't handle, but he immediately resolved it for me, ensuring my parents' visas were processed quickly. I'm currently in Melbourne, while Li Bo is in Adelaide, but the service quality and convenience weren't affected at all by the distance. We communicated and exchanged documents very well via email and WeChat. I highly recommend him to anyone considering using Li Bo for their visa application; you definitely won't be disappointed.
A highly reliable immigration agency!! I've been in Australia for three years and always wanted to apply for permanent residency (PR), but I couldn't find a reliable agency. They either told me to find an employer myself, or to apply to other states, requiring me to get four 7s on the IELTS, and charging exorbitant agency fees of $7000 each… Until April of this year, a friend recommended Zhijie, and I entrusted everything to Li Bo. In six months, my PR was successfully granted, and my wife and I finally caught the last train to immigration. Absolutely reliable!
In 2017 I decided go zhijievisa to do my 187visa, his team was professional and kind, I was anxiety during whole procedure especially aftet I know a lot of retail manager got refused I didn't have any hope for my 187 visa, but zhijievisa helps me to give many strong evidence even I thought I'm gonna get refused anyway, but they never give up, my case was really hard but they made it! 20 August 2019 I finally got my PR thank you so much zhijievisa!!
