AIA initially helped me through to get my Australian citizenship in 2023. I now hold NZ/Australian dual citizenship. They knew I had future goals in mind to assist my Vietnamese partner into Australia. They guided me through the process and she has become an 820 temporary permanent migrant. We have now just applied for the 801 permanent visa and now awaiting allocation of our Application with the Doha. It’s been a long road since 2023 and not a road for doubters. AIA have always been very positive and supportive and communicated well and been there to answer any question I have had. They have been a great support!

After visiting four different immigration lawyers who either told us we had no options or simply didn't want to take our case because it was "too hard", we were starting to lose hope. Most of them charged us just to say "it's impossible, there's no option" after 10-15min of talking. Wonderful Service from AIA Immigration, I had a great experience with AIA for my class 600 tourist visa application. My initial application with another agency got rejected but Nataliya was able to help me improve my second application and it was approved!
