Andy achieved success where other agents failed. Other agents and legal practitioners we had approached prior to finding Andy were virtually non contactable other than through emails, only then to get responses upto a week later regarding evidences like "it should be ok and it should be enough". The attitude of these 'email' and 'legal practitioner' visa agents was absolutely appalling. This gave my wife and I a sense of hopelessness as we prepared for her to go back to her country in the coming week. Then we discovered dedicated immigration visa agent Andy, who within 2 days of us contacting him had us sitting in his home office for out initial consultation. Even with an extremely small time frame Andy took us on as his clients. Andy explained to us in person exactly what was required to lodge a successful visa application. Andy supplied us with the necessary tools and information to create an exceptionally strong visa application. Throughout the whole process Andy was available on the phone any day of the week and also through emails, text messages and face to face meetings in his home office. The whole experience with Andy was very personalised and you could feel Andy truly cared, he is a true gentleman. Andy made makes you feel like a friend rather than just a number, his approach and attention to detail made it a stress free experience. Moving forward to today with Andy handling 2 of her visa applications my wife now has permanent residency. This was only achieved due to Andy's extensive immigration knowledge hard work and dedication. With a 100% success rate and being a dedicated visa agent i highly recommend Andy for your immigration visa needs.

Highly recommended! My partner and I reached out to Andy at Australian Visa Assistance for an initial consult regarding a de facto Visa. We had done part of the application ourselves but still had a few tricky questions. Andy was brilliant- he not only answered all of our questions but also gave us a lot of tips and advice specific to our scenario which was super helpful. He comes across as someone who knows his stuff very well; drawing from his years of experience to give insight and perspective that my partner and I were lacking. Without hesitation I would recommend Andy to anyone and everyone who needs help . If you are looking for a true professional who knows all the ins and outs of immigration law Andy is your man. Andy not only is a highly experienced professional; he is a compassionate intelligent man who actually really cares and takes on your challenges with an attitude like he was fighting for his own freedom. I cant say enough about the guy , he is a true saint . We made the mistake of hiring a solicitor prior to meeting Andy, After a year of mistakes from the solicitor our visa was in true jeopardy. Andy was an absolute champion in assisting my partner and myself with our Visa applications for both Partner and Permanent Residency. Andy is approachable, honest, compassionate and professional all in equal measures. He takes the time to make sure the best application is submitted and in an organised and logical manner. He also takes the time to get to know you and your story to make it possible. I highly recommend Andy and his services - anything from a consultation for advice to being your Immigration agent for your partner or permanent visas (or both). I previously had another experience with a different agent who unfortunately was what I would described as uncompassionate and not really interested in our individual story or circumstances. There really is a big difference between services and with Andy we were in very good hands.
