I used Australian Visa Assistance when I was applying for my Australian Citizenship and cannot recommend Andy highly enough. My application was very complicated but Andy was very knowledgeable and made sure that it was perfect before submission. He was always available to answer any of my questions with quick replies and knowledge. Andy made the process a lot less stressful, such an easy-going guy. Andy is the one stop resource for your immigration issues. I found him very helpful and understanding with lots of knowledge, certainly someone who knows what is required by the Department of Home Affairs when considering your application. I was in need on some information regarding a partner visa, previous agent did not want to help or give advice as she thought my case was not worth it yet.
